PKNS-Andaman Development hosted a signing ceremony with
Parkson Malaysia and mini anchor tenants SenQ and Food Empire at the Marriot
Putrajaya not too long ago, to signify their partnership towards creating a
unique and vibrant lifestyle shopping mall in Bandar Baru Bangi.
Gearing up for completion in late 2017, EVO Mall promises to
be a premier shopping destination, offering an exciting mix of services and
products in an beautifully designed space.
Parkson Malaysia is one of two anchor tenants at EVO Mall ,
occupying three floors of approximately 83,000 square feet. The department store
will showcase its signature identity that of an urban lifestyle store. Parkson
Malaysia already boasts an extensive network of 131 stores, across cities in
Malaysia, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar, with 19 stores in the Klang
Valley alone.
Mini anchor tenant SenQ is a premium electrical and
electronics retail chain store that promises shoppers premium digital brands
and products in a test-friendly shopping environment. Food Empire, the mall’s
other mini anchor tenant, will bring a variety of local hawker favourites under
one roof.
Evo Mall will consist of four retail floors with 110 retail
outlets, comprising exciting restaurants and cafes, popular boutiques and
entertainment, that are spread over 250,000 square feet of space, while displaying
several key defining features. Expect a full glass façade, LED colour panels
and high ceiling drop off to add vibrancy to the mall ambiance, plus excellent
connectivity and accessibility to major highways.
Located within an integrated lifestyle hub, EVO Mall will be
home to a strong list of tenants including anchor tenant Japanese Brand Grocer.
Shoppers will also find a host of other shopping options that range from Caring
Pharmacy, Milanno Eyes Fashion, Focus Point, MOG Eyewear, New Mega Optics, Pets
Wonderland to Digi, Celcom Xclusive, U Mobile, TM Broadband Station and
Samsung.
To date, EVO Mall has achieved more than 70% occupancy,
promising to further unveil an exciting range of shopping options upon opening.
